Finally, i submitted my final papor and did the presentation this week!
During the winter term, my computer was broken and i had to do most of the work in the school. it was very unconfortable that i could not read the internet source at home so that it took many times to read the sources and think the structure of the essay. However, it was very exciting that i could learn about the leadership through my essay and now what to do in my team. It was my first time to use evernote in my essay and I realized how useful it is. itried to use Zotero, but i could not use well so next time, i want to challenge the Zotero.
Also, we did a presentation in a group. it was very fun and interesting to hear what other people was researching and i found many useful informations that i could use from next time. I am very sad that i could not listen to the some of the presentation because i was absent at that time. I also had a chance to present about my research too. i decided to talk about distributed leadership and its example. I looked at the slides and try to make it simple by using less words and big picture. I hope it had some effects to the listeners. After the presentation, i thought i could do more better about my presentation like look at everyone, speak slowly and make more interesting voice. However it was very fun to do the presentation.
I am very happy to take this research learning class with Ken and my friends.

Hi Yuji,
ReplyDeleteThanks for these final posts, and as Kaori and Erina have mentioned above, I too thought you did very well in your presentation. You are generally a very quiet guy but with your presentation you were almost a completely different person and seemed much bigger and stronger. I could see the leader in you and encourage you to use that same kind of posture and presence in your daily life.
It was great having you as a student again, and I know it was a tough term for you because of your computer problems, but I very much appreciate all the good work that you were able to do.
I wish you the very best in the future, and think you will do great as a leader!
