chapter 7&8

     by reading chapter 7 i wanted some advise about "how to minimize the status difference?"
in Shackleton's situation, all of the member was treated as professional of their work and all people were realizing it each other, but i am now wondering how could i minimize the status difference in the situation that everyone is not a professional
     i am now playing Ultimate and it is a sports so there will be a status different because the spec of each person is not same. Also, there are one more status difference, the motivation of members. In the company or organization that all of the member is focusing on one goal, the difference of motivation will not be a big problem but in university's club activity, not everyone comes to the club with an ultimate goal. I am know having problems with this motivation problem. How can i make everyone focus on one goal without forcing them to do it by using strong power? If somebody has some advise, please tell me.


   chapter 8  conflict.

     i always try to avoid conflict and try to negotiate with other people. Ken's negotiation skill was very nice to know what they want and what should i do. I think we cannot get good things from conflict and only bad impression for each other will appear between both people.
      However, sometimes conflict is unavoidable and the important part is not to make both anger and do not lose the goal of the discussion. this is my policy and i hope i could continue this style.
