Finally I decided what to research on my paper. My topic is a new leadership especially the leader is not like a boss. I mean treating everyone as a leader or the leader pushing up the member to the goal, not leading from the top. I will research about distributed leadership, weak point of vertical structure society's leadership and the merit of horizontal structure based leadership which I defined it originally.
I chose to research this topic because I became a leader of my club last summer. In japan most of the club has a similar leadership system with vertical structure societly's leadership which is seen in Japanese company. One boss and the others. This is the type of Japan. Our teacher said it is a group. From last summer I tried to be a good boss but I did not have a skill to become it. So now in my team we are trying to find a new leadership. Everyone a leader or leader who push up not pull everyone might be a good word to explain it. I wanted to research more deep and feedback to my club so that I could make a strong, good team.
Hi Yuji. When I heard your proposal at the last class, and read this, I felt close to you. As I said, I am going to be a leader of my cheer leading club. Also my research topic is similar to you, so I would like to refer to your essay, and I want you tell me advice as a leader:)

This is because I am now kind of vice-leader in my club (LAMBS) and I also interesting in a leader who can push other group members up.
